Yes. There is no cost to participate. The program is offered through a partnership between Miami EdTech and United Way Miami.
You need to live in Miami-Dade County, be 18 or older, be interested in a cybersecurity or IT career, and be able to commit to the full program.
Both. Project SECURE is hybrid, with online and in-person training sessions, weekly mentorship and hands-on labs.
The program is built around the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) in Cybersecurity certification. You will also prepare for certifications like Security+, Network+ and AWS Cloud Practitioner.
You get connected to apprenticeships and full-time cybersecurity roles, plus long-term support from United Way’s Center for Financial Stability.
