We’re excited to announce our participation in this year’s Give Miami Day, a 24-hour giving campaign benefitting Greater Miami’s nonprofits and one of the nation’s largest 24-hour giving events. Since 2018, we’ve worked to support the Miami-Dade community with Technology and Computer Science Professional Development along with initiatives aimed at closing the digital divide. Our mission at Miami EdTech is to significantly improve economic & workforce opportunities for marginalized members of the community through digital literacy training, computer science support and advocacy, and industry-informed workforce programming. We hope you join us on this journey and support on this.
Over the past year, we’ve been able to work with the community to address the skills gap and level the playing field and with YOUR support, we’ll continue to serve and impact the people who need it the most.
Give Miami takes place on November 17, 2022, and early giving starts on November 14th. Over the past decade Give Miami Day has helped local nonprofits raise over $100 million supporting 1000+ nonprofits. We look forward to sharing more information as we get closer to the day!
