Not everyone likes to think about the school year over the summer, but if you are planning ahead like I am, you may be researching ways to leverage technology in your classroom. Luckily, in an article titled, 38 Amazing Edtech Tools for Student Creation and Innovation, Mathew Lynch has done some of the work for us.

I haven’t tried many of the ones on the list, but my favorite: Trello.  Every quarter, I give my students all of their projects at the beginning of the term – which usually ends up being anywhere from 4-8 depending on the length of the assignments. They have to work on some of them simultaneously and need a way to manage everything. Trello is perfect for that. In addition to project management, it allows me to monitor their progress and contribution, and they are also able to hold each other accountable.

Which ones have you tried? What would you add to the list?
