It’s that time of year again! The Future of Education Technology (FETC) is happening in Orlando, Florida next week. This is one of two conferences (ISTE being the other) that I try to attend every year. Each time I have come back with tools, resources, and strategies that I can implement immediately for my teachers and students.
Last year, the conference came at the perfect time. ChatGPT had just made its debut and everyone was freaking out. I am not sure how exactly since it had just, but the programming did have several options that tackled AI which was super helpful in figuring out how to navigate the changing landscape.
This year some highlights I am looking forward to are Holly Clark sharing coaching strategies, George Couros speaking on the admin track, and Matt Miller who is the Ditch the Textbook guy. However, every year I end up in a session I didn’t even know I needed by someone I never heard of.
If you are interested in attending, there’s still time to sign up! You can check out more info here.
