This CSEdWeek, Miami EdTech, CodeArt, CSTA Miami, FIU and Riders are hosting an all-day hackathon full of exciting talks, workshops and a keynote speaker! CS Ed Week is celebrated during the first week of December commemorating the contributions of students, teachers and partners in the field. Miami EdTech will be hosting and presenting so we hope to see you there!
To celebrate CS Ed Week this year, Miami EdTech, CSTA Miami along with Code/Art and Microsoft Teals will be hosting a student hackathon for Middle and High School students of any programming level!
Here is the competition timeline:
Monday December 4th – The Hackathon challenge will be released online
Monday December 4th – Friday December 8th – Teams begin to work on their solutions
Saturday December 9th – in-person hacking and presentation of solution pitch

The week of hacking will end with a huge celebration at FIU MMC campus, which will have incredible workshops that cover AI, Robotics, Career Source for teachers as well as students (for both participating hackers and non-participating hackers), some incredible food and so much more!
